After violating her probation yet again, Lindsay Lohan is now headed off to jail. Lindsay had every excuse in the book while in court, however it didn’t get her very far this time. She received thirty days for reckless driving, thirty days for her DUI case, and thirty more days for her second DUI case. Two days after she is released from custody she will be sent to an in-patient substance abuse program for ninety more days. Once released from there she will report to her probation officer and receive random drug testing. While in court Lindsay seemed very unstable and couldn’t even sit still while the judge addressed her. Maybe this jail sentence will do her some good in the end. Or maybe she will relapse again once she is out.

Lindsay told Judge Marsha Revel: “I just wanted to take a minute to say that as far as I know I was being in compliance with my program. When I asked to leave town, they would give me permission to leave town. I wasn’t expecting any special treatment aside from the understanding that I have to provide for myself, I have to work. It’s just been such a long haul and I don’t want you to think I don’t respect you on your terms because I really did think I was doing what I was supposed to do.”

Sandra Bullock recently divorced her cheating husband (Jesse James). They signed the papers last week in Texas finalizing their divorce. Sandra cited “discord or conflict of personalities” as the reason for the split. Not long after the actress won an Oscar for “The Blind Side” did she find out that Jesse was having an affair causing their marriage to disintegrate. The two were married for five years and adopted little Louis Bardot together. As far as custody is concerned for Louis, Jesse didn’t put up much of a fight. He relinquished his rights and let Sandra have full custody of him seeing as he already has three children from previous relationships. Will Sandra move on and start dating again in the future? Or will this experience cripple her emotionally?

Not only is Khloe Kardashian on “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” but her and hubby Lamar Odom are going to have their own reality TV show now. Ryan Seacrest (who is already the producer of “Keeping Up With The Kardashians”) is going to produce their show. It will be about their married life and their journey to have a baby. I wonder how long this show will actually air for before it gets canned due to the reality TV curse. Will the end up like all of the other Hollywood couples that tried to make reality shows and ended up in divorce?

An insider said: “They will be starting to tape in the next few weeks. It’s about their life being married, trying to have a baby, and her being a stepmother to his kids. Everything that family does turns to gold. They are all making tons and tons of money.”

So here’s Lady GaGa posing as a man during a photo shoot for Vogue Hommes Japan. For a while now many people have thought that she could possibly really be a dude underneath her exterior so is this her way of proving us right? To top it all off she says that her alter ego/manly side goes by the name Jo Calderone. Where and why she came up with this nobody knows. So is she really a man or just posing as one to once again throw people off?

Gwen Stefani is pregnant with her third child with hubby Gavin Rossdale. It isn’t the most pleasant of pregnancies and she is trying to keep it under wraps literally for as long as possible. She’s been wearing nothing but baggy pants and t-shirts to hide her obvious baby bump. While at an event in New York last week, an onlooker said: “Gwen was pulling at her shirt to keep it away from her body. It seemed really strange but then, when she turned to the side, I could see why. She definitely had a baby bump!” Gwen later told OK! Magazine that she feels like she’s running out of time to expand her family.

She added: “I’m not focusing on it right now, but it’s not up to me anyway, you know? These things are miracles, so we’ll see.”

Miley Cyrus is stepping up and defending herself against all of the controversy surrounding her latest hit. She told the Associated Press that she is trying to make a point by releasing “Can’t Be Tamed” and dressing or should I say undressing for her last few performances. The point that she’s trying to make however is still unclear. All that she said is that she wanted her wardrobe to be consistent with her album. She claims that she isn’t using sex to sell her albums but have you seen what she’s been wearing lately? That alone is enough to make her fans think otherwise. In this interview Miley seems to be talking a whole lot but not really saying much.

In conclusion to the interview Miley added: “I’m really comfortable with my body, I work really hard to be fit and to know that I can wear whatever makes me most comfortable. I feel more comfortable dressing with a little less, which is just how I’ve always been. Now I’m able to do that a little more freely and, also, I’ve just grown up to be this way too. It’s not like this was me five years ago. It’s me now, presently.”

It’s official Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are done. Brad was quoted saying: “I can’t take Angie’s volatile temper anymore.” He even went as far as to meet up with his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston for advice. The two are now caught up in a nasty custody battle for their six children. Their relationship even got so bad that at one point Angelina considered moving to Washington, but later changed her mind. She is currently seeking a restraining order against Brad until the matter is resolved.

Angelina’s limo driver said: “They’ve both moved on. No matter what stunt they pull to try to cover it up I know for a fact they’re not really together. Angie’s obsessed with rare stuff and she often journeys to pawn shops to find it. Her attitude is temperamental. She has seemed very stressed out recently.  The couple is rarely together.  I think they lead separate lives.”

Nickelodeon’s funny girl turned actress Amanda Bynes has decided to retire at the age of 24. In a recent interview she stated that she is leaving the acting world because she no longer loves the big screen. She later added: “If I don’t love something anymore I stop doing it.” Amanda Bynes’ career started when she was only 13 years old on Nickelodeon’s show “All That.” This led to her own comedy series “The Amanda Show,” and finally “What I Like About You” from 2002 to 2006. She then made appearances in movies such as “She’s The Man” and “What A Girl Wants.” Maybe one day she will return to Hollywood but for now there’s no chance of that happening.

Amanda posted on Tweeter: “Being an actress isn’t as fun as it may seem. I’ve never written the movies & tv shows I’ve been apart of, I’ve only acted like the characters the producers or directors wanted me to play.”

People are downloading songs like it’s second nature these days. Apparently this has made Lady GaGa the first artist to have three songs hit the record breaking four million mark. Her three top hits were “Poker Face,” “Just Dance,” and “Bad Romance.” Kudos to you GaGa.

During a recent interview on UK’s Graham Norton Show Katy Perry told an audience full of people that her and Russell Brand were already married. She said “Life’s never dull with him that’s why I married him.” Once the crowd caught on she quickly corrected herself stating “That’s why I’m marrying him!” So did they secretly get married? Or did she really mean the second statement? I’m sure we’ll find out soon enough.
