Actress Katherine Heigl’s days are now numbered on the show “Grey’s Anatomy.” Sources say she publicly criticized the writers of the show saying that her character didn’t have enough juicy material. After making such comments she then withdrew from this year’s Emmy Awards nominations making her bosses even more frustrated with her. The creator of the show (Shonda Rhimes) told reporters that she was very insulted by Katherine’s comments. It is rumored that Dr. Izzie (Katherine’s role on the show) will be killed off rather than replaced in the next series.

Katherine says: “I did not feel that I was given the material this season to warrant an Emmy nomination. In addition, I did not want to potentially take away an opportunity from an actress who was given such materials. “

Black Eyed Peas pop star Fergie has been cast to star as a prostitute in her upcoming film. She will play the role of Saraghina in the big screen adaption of the musical “Nine.” Fergie reports that she is very excited and can’t wait to start filming. Not only will she be playing a prostitute but she will also get to sing as well. She will be performing the song “Be Italian” with Guido who will be played by Daniel Day-Lewis. However she will be singing as Saraghina not as herself. The film is set to be released sometime this October.

Fergie says: “She’s basically a prostitute on the beach. She introduces him to the world of sexuality. It’s a very strong song. I’m just thrilled I get to play a character. I’m singing, but I’m not singing as myself. I’m going to be singing as a character, and that’s what’s really exciting to me.”

According to Miley Cyrus the Hannah Montana show will be canceled after this season is over. Miley continues to say that Disney plans to have her work on fresh projects. With the future of Hannah Montana possibly being canceled Miley was offered one million dollars to be the face of LifeStyles Condoms’ safe sex ad. However she denied the offer.

Miley says: “We’re thinking this is our last season. We did a lot, 2 seasons last year, almost 30 episodes.”

Big news from Fox – they have just announced that they plan to cancel the TV series Prison Break, stating that this season (season 4) will be the last.  It’s not like we all didn’t see this coming a mile away.  The network and writers have done a great job keeping the show for 4 seasons.  If you haven’t done so already, check out season’s 1 and 2, since they happen to be the best of the series (personal opinion).

“The show is just played out,” Fox entertainment president Kevin Reilly told The Hollywood Reporter. “Creatively everybody feels enough stories have been told … we want to finish strong and not just give out next season.”

The writers have hinted at a “really cool ending,” and that there may be a couple extra episodes this season.  It was a great run while it lasted.

Sources say that Jamie Lynn Spears is now planning to marry her boyfriend Casey Aldridge who is also the father of her daughter Maddie. Jamie says that she doesn’t want a large luxurious wedding. It will be held in the backyard of her and Casey’s new MIssissippi home.her backyard with a few close friends and family. Of course as expected she asked her older sister Britney to be her maid of honor and Casey’s sister Ashlee will be one of the bridesmaids. Jamie’s daughter Maddie will be her flower girl as well as the focal point of the wedding. No exact date has been announced to the public yet.

Casey’s great uncle (Pastor Odus Jackson) says: “They are fully committed to each other. That’s how love goes. Jamie Lynn can have anyone she wants, and Casey is very popular too. But they keep on finding each other, and that makes me hopeful for their future.”

Howie Mandel (the host of “Deal Or No Deal”) was hospitalized after being found in the elevator of a Sheraton Hotel with severe chest pains. He was then rushed to St. Michael’s Hospital where he complained of an irregular heartbeat. However no reports of a heart attack were documented. He was ordered to spend the night in the hospital to be monitored for his irregular heartbeat. After being released he will be in Toronto taping his upcoming show “Howie Do It.”

Howie’s rep reports: “Howie is in the hospital being monitored for an irregular heartbeat but doctors expect him to be released and back to work tomorrow.”

Halle Berry who is now three months pregnant with Gabriel Aubry’s child has been receiving death threats in the mail at her Los Angeles home. Sources say that the letters contain racism towards the 41 year old actress whose father is African American. The following threats are being investigated by the Los Angeles police. Due to the horrifying situation Halle has hired her own security guards for the protection of her and her unborn child.

One of the letters said “We don’t want no n***er baby. You should be cut up into tiny little pieces for what you’ve done.”

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren met on the set of “Fantastic Four” when Cash Warren was the assistant director and began dating shortly after in 2005. Jessica reportedly said to Cash over the phone that she wasn’t in love love with him anymore while she was over seas (in Paris) promoting the sequel to “Fantastic Four.” Soon after the unfortunate phone call she sent her assistant to their Los Angeles home to pack up Cash’s things. Cash thinks that the break up was due to Jessica seeing another man. However a friend of hers said that it was due to the fact that Cash wasn’t ready for marriage and Jessica was especially after seeing friend Eva Longoria marry basketball player Tony Parker three weeks prior to the break up.

A friend of Jessica’s said: “After seeing Eva’s wedding, it made Jessica yearn for marriage herself. Seeing Eva get married made Jessica wistful. That was the reason Jessica seemed to be in a terrible mood in Paris.”

According to the above photo it looks as if Paris Hilton has a baby on the way. The 27 year old heiress sparked rumors of a possible pregnancy after wearing a green satin dress to Eva Longoria’s Beso restaurant in Hollywood last week. Her rep however says that the rumors are “completely false” but i guess we’ll find out the truth in a few months if her so called “baby bump” gets any bigger.

In May Paris said: “I love kids, so one day I’ll have some of my own.”

However when asked if she wanted children with Benji Madden, Paris replied: “Maybe … we are very much in love. Everyday he does romantic things, and he writes me beautiful letters. He just has a heart of gold.”

Unfortunately for actress Christina Applegate she was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. This was discovered during a routine MRI. Apparently this disease is hereditary because her mother Nancy Priddy was diagnosed with breast cancer as well. However she is now a survivor of the disease. Due to the fact that it was caught at an early stage Christina is expected to make a full recovery.

Christina says: “Sometimes I cry and sometimes I scream and I get really angry. It’s all a part of healing and anyone who’s going through it out there, it’s okay to cry. It’s okay to fall on the ground and just scream if you want to.”
