According to TMZ Justin Timberlake has recently filed a restraining order against a woman named Karen McNeil. She apparently can’t get enough of the young pop star and keeps showing up to his Los Angeles home. Karen has come to Justin’s house on more than one occasion however she keeps arriving in a yellow taxi. Yesterday she got in through the front gate and refused to leave forcing Justin to call the police and have her arrested.

Sources say that Shakira’s label is sabotaging her new album titled “She-Wolf.” Rather than being released on it’s original date it has now been pushed back to November 23rd. The bad news is that she’s got stiff competition  such as Lady Gaga, Rhianna, and Britney Spears who’s albums will also be released on the 23rd. The unknown source said that Shakira’s label chose to release her album on the same day as the other pop stars listed above so that it will be harder for her to win any awards for her single in the long run. The reason behind the madness is unknown. This has left her fans to think that she may be dropped from her label soon and that’s why they have chosen to do such a horrible thing to her. Who knows?

Rapper Lil’ Wayne just landed himself a seat in prison for the illegal weapon charges he received earlier this year. DNA linked him to an illegal handgun that was found on his tour bus. While in court in New York Lil’ Wayne was polite to the judge answering with a “yes, Sir” when asked if he was guilty of the felony charges he was about to face serious time for. He admitted to having a .40 caliber semi-automatic loaded gun on his tour bus with him. He entered a plea bargain and got his sentence lowered from three and a half years down to one year. When the judge told Lil’ Wayne he would not be able to withdraw his guilty plea as most felons try to do, he simply answered “I’m not one of those people.” His defense lawyer Stacey Richman said that the gun wasn’t his and that their testing technique was too problematic to prove otherwise, however her words cannot save him. You do the crime you do the time.

Seventeen year old Disney star Selena Gomez is due to star in the sequel to “Wizards of Waverly Place.” Her new movie is called “What Boys Want.” It is similar to the movie “What Women Want” in that she is a teenage girl who can hear the thoughts of the many boys around her. This comedy doesn’t have a release date yet but Selena is excited for it to come out. She is now branching out on her own as far as acting goes. Selena is the star of the show and getting used to her new role in the acting world. Will she soon follow in the footsteps of former Disney channel stars Shia Labeouf and Hillary Duff? I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

Michael Lohan reportedly issued a public plea to his daughter Lindsay on U.S. TV to get professional help to detox herself off of what ever medications she is currently abusing. He then went on to say that he was preparing to kidnap Lindsay in order to save her from herself. He later claimed that his words were being misinterpreted. What he meant to say was that he wanted to ween her off of her alleged drug habit himself. While Lindsay and her mother Dina denied the allegations of drug abuse, Michael went on to say that Lindsay is addicted to strong medications that are being provided to her by one of Hollywood’s biggest drug dealers. Lindsay is now seeking a restraining order against her father due to his so-called misinterpreted words. An unknown source said that she was “scared” and had instructed her lawyer (Shawn Holley Chapman) to prepare all of the legal documents. After Michael learned of the restraining order he once again insisted that his comments were “twisted” to mean something worse than what he meant stating that he would force Lindsay to do something against her own will.

In an interview with X17online.com, Michael said: “If I can’t get a conservatorship, then I’m going to take her to an undisclosed location and get her straight. But I know I’m going to get charged with kidnapping. I just meant I’d like to detox her myself… but of course I’d get arrested. People will twist my words to mean what they want. The bottom line is, Lindsay needs help, and no one wants to do anything.”

Now that Whitney Houston has successfully made her comeback, Bobby Brown seems to be getting a little jealous of all of the attention his ex-wife is now receiving. Bobby has a new book titled “Bobby Brown: The Truth, the Whole Truth and Nothing But…” He also has new rumors to tell about Whitney and her possible bi-sexual behavior during their marriage. It’s nothing new to hear that Whitney Houston possibly has a bi-sexual hidden agenda. However, Bobby is now telling the paps that not only does Whitney “play for both teams,” but she has had/is having a lesbian relationship with her assistant Robin Crawford. He has also stated in the past that their marriage was all for show. The rest of the juicy details will be in his book out next month touching on truth as well as rumors.

When comic Dave Chappelle took the stage at Hollywood’s Laugh Factory this week he attempted to break the club record for longest performance on stage. When he walked off stage to take a quick bathroom break after five hours on stage, he was disqualified by club owner Jamie Masada. This means that Dane Cook is still on top by a seven hour and thirty four minute marathon performance. The original record of two hours and forty one minutes on stage was set by the late Richard Pryor back in 1980. Chappelle’s previously recorded time was six hours before Dane Cook’s triumph in 2008. Better luck next year Dave!

So for all those who thought that Angelina Jolie disappeared from showbiz to become a mother, she’s back. She will be starring in the new Fox2000 television show “Gucci.”Angelina will play the role of ex-wife Patrizia Reggiano who was sentenced to 29 years in jail for hiring the hit man that later killed Maurizio Gucci (the late former head of Gucci) in 1995. Rather than dwelling only on the negative aspects of the Gucci family, this Fox television series will focus on the so-called “glamor days of the Gucci family dynasty.” This real life story will take place beginning in the 70′s and 80′s leading up to Maurizio’s tragic murder in the 90′s. Production is set to begin in 2010 while the studio still searches for a screenwriter to “pen” the Gucci family’s story.

The Producers of the show said: “We’re excited! It sounds like it’s shaping up to be an amazing film!”

Jon Gosselin (“Jon and Kate Plus 8″) is now being sued by TLC for breach of contract. Due to the fact that he has chosen to discontinue his family’s television show earlier than the contract was written for, TLC is now suing him for every penny he’s worth. According to TLC, the show “Jon and Kate Plus 8″ wasn’t supposed to stop taping until February 2010. Meanwhile Jon pulled his family out of television officially as of this upcoming November when the last footage will be shown. Now since TLC has learned that Jon has been paid for media appearances, every cent of that money will be paid back out of his pocket in court. According to RadarOnline.com TLC is able to renew Jon’s contract once it expires. If they decided to do so, this would keep Jon from working with any other networks. Jon will also be liable for TLC’s attorney fees if TLC were to win the case which they are pretty confident that they will. How he will provide for his kids after this lawsuit is over nobody knows. Apparently the homemade superstar isn’t too bright. Maybe that’s why his attorney Mark Heller denied his case.

Mark Heller who is unable to practice law without a sponsor unfortunately for Jon wrote to the courts saying: “My motion..is hereby withdrawn.”

Kim Kardashian is tired of playing second fiddle to her younger sister Kourtney who is pregnant and due this December. Kim said recently “I always had a vision I’d be married with one kid by the time I’m 30.” Not to put too much pressure on Reggie, but Kim will be turning 30 next October. After their split in July, Kim never thought she would have children, however the two are back together now and happier than ever. Kim admits that she used to be focused on work and work only. Now she has changed her ways by making it her number one priority to spend time with her man so that they can build on their relationship. They have already started to do so by buying a home together in Los Angeles after Kim sold her condo.

A close friend of the couple says: “The prospect of having a big house has Kim thinking about how she and Reggie will fill it.”

Kim then went on to tell Life and Style Magazine: “I want a lot of kids. Maybe five or six. A mix of both boys and girls.”
